Nancy says “Studies show that women don’t feel seen and heard in the world. They don’t feel like there are opportunities for them to reach their aspirations. You have to create your own opportunities and to do that you need a certain mindset, a certain set of skills and some good old fashioned confidence in your abilities. Women’s Leadership U is designed to open you up to a new mindset, a new paradigm and a teach you a new set of skills. It is a community that gives participants a safe forum to practice and hone those skills in a supportive environment. My goal for the community is to give more women the courage, the confidence and the conviction to lead us in finding solutions to the problems we face every day in all areas of our lives and communities.”
